Make sure you do not have any holds on your student account and that all outstanding balances have been paid in full. If you have a hold on your student account, we will not be able to send your UIUC transcript to your home university.
If you live in University Housing, make sure you have completed the required Check-Out Procedures.
If you live in private housing, make sure you have completed your landlord's check-out requirements.
International Programs in Engineering will send one original UIUC transcript directly to the study abroad coordinator at your home university at the end of your exchange program. Fall semester transcripts are requested from the Registrar's Office during the first week of January. Spring semester transcripts are requested from the Registrar's Office during the first week of June. Once transcripts are received from the Registrar's Office, the original is express mailed directly to the study abroad coordinator at your home university.
If you require additional original UIUC transcripts, you may order them directly from the Registrar's Office.
