Director of International Programs in Engineering
Approves classes for the International Minor. Plus advises for faculty-led programs & Virtual Global Experiences.
Associate Director, International Programs in Engineering
Jana also serves as the Incoming Exchange Coordinator. Provides general advising for Illinois students interested in studying abroad. Manages Grainger Engineering Reciprocal Exchange Agreements and Fee-Paying Agreement, as well as student billing and finances.
Events Coordinator & Course Scheduler
Kim is the IPENG office manager. She also plans and coordinates events as well as creates site visit itineraries for international visitors coming to campus through the IPENG office. Additionally, she is the Grainger Undergraduate Programs Office (UPO) course scheduler.
Academic Advisor & Senior Coordinator of ZJUI Programs
Program Coordinator for: Semester programs in Asia and Oceania and Incoming ZJUI Exchange Students.
Academic Advisor & Coordinator of International Programs
Program Coordinator for: general study abroad, faculty-led/short term programs, virtual & in-person international internships, and RSO travel. She also supports global classrooms and faculty as well as the Global Engineering Ambassadors.

Program Coordinator for: Semester and summer for European programs in Austria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, and the Netherlands.
