ESDC Access

Students must take the following DRS tests (https://www.drs.illiniois.edu):

  • Hazard Communication Training (valid indefinitely)
  • Compressed Gas Safety training (valid indefinitely)
  • Fire Extinguisher Training (valid for 1 year)Electrical Safety: Fundamentals (valid indefinitely)
  • Electrical Safety: Fundamentals (valid indefinitely)

Then students must read and understand the ESDC Safety Policy and Procedures, and take "ESDC Door Access" Test (must obtain 100% correct). This test covers the ESDC Safety Policy and Procedures and includes uploading PDF certificates of the above DRS training.
