About Us

We are SEA at UIUC, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign student chapter of the Structural Engineers Association. We work closely with the Structural Engineers Association of Illinois (SEAOI) to provide our members networking opportunities within the structural engineering community, first-hand experiences in the field, job searches, and more. Some of our events on campus include monthly general meetings with prestigious firms, luncheons with Civil and Environmental Engineering Department professors, project site visits to construction projects nearby, social outings, and professional and graduate development sessions.
