What was your favorite class you took freshman year and why?
I really liked MATH 285: Intro to Differential Equations because the professor was really funny and the class challenged me since it was the first time I saw that kind of math.

I really like the Mechanical Engineering Laboratory (MEL) it is quiet, almost always empty, and has a lot of outlets.
The best place to get food at CU has to be hands down Cravings, it is affordable and pretty good.

What was your favorite class you took freshman year and why?
My favorite class freshman year was my calc 3 class. Professor Bronski did a great job at making all of the freshmen feel welcome even during covid. My favorite memory was when he would host office hours on the quad with his dog.

One 'must do' freshman activity is to go bowling in the union. It is a super fun activity to do with friends that every student should take advantage of.

My favorite place to eat on campus is Bangkok Thai. Their chicken pad thai is delicious and hits the spot.

I joined Society of Women Engineers (SWE) my freshman year and found a community of strong, hard-working women to support me through my college journey. One of my favorite things to do in CU is taking sunset walks through the quad!

What was your favorite class you took freshman year and why?
My favorite class freshman year was PHYS 211 because it was my first "welcome to college moment." Although the class was challenging and stressful, having large lectures and demos just like I had seen in movies and imagined in my mind really got me excited about college classes.

One RSO I joined freshman year was ASHA for Education. AfE is a non-profit that raises money for underprivileged students in India. Education is a huge part of my life and being able to work towards both spreading my cultural background and helping support young children in India is an amazing experience.

What was your favorite class you took freshman year and why?
My favorite class I took freshman year was SE101 because of the direct application I could see to my field. In this class, we learned how to model floor plans and overall buildings using Revit. It was very exciting to learn a new software early on!
